Looked choppy to start. Rigged 144l/8.5m and looked breezy but on a walk to the Golf did not feel it. Started 4 groynes up from Dip and ended 4 groynes down. Planed but had to bear off. Tried again after high and easy to keep up wind. Swainey out too. Had some nice runs and sea flattened but always felt wind had to only drop a tad and we would not plane at all. Lovely sunshine. But only a few runs before packing up. A relaxing morning tootling along in the sunshine.
